Whose Fault is it Anyway??????

The first person everyone was to blame for the Holocaust was Hitler. It was very easy to blame Hitler because he was the leader of Germany during World War II. As the leader, he had to make sure that everyone believed him and follow his rules. He was the bully of the Holocaust but to blame him for making the changes in Germany and have the Holocaust happen is unfair. There is no way Hilter could have been the only one responsible for all the problems during World War II.

The Nazi's were a group who seemed very strong on the outside but were really a weak bunch of men who couldn't think for himself. The Nazi's were just as responsible for the Holocaust because they were the ones who followed Hitler's rules and made his orders clear and followed through with his killings. The Nazi's are almost scary thank Hitler because they obviously did whatever they were told, no matter how bad it was.

The Nazi's may have been from Germany, but there were people in Germany who were against the Holocaust but did nothing to stop it from happening. All the Germans who weren't Nazi's were just as guilty because they did not try to stop the Nazi's from obeying Hitler's laws. If the people of Germany would have stood up to the Nazi's, maybe thousands of people would have lived and Hiltr could have been stopped.

Jewish people were the victims during the Holocaust but were also to blame for the death and abuse of their children. Jewish parents knew how dangerous the Holocasut was but they still refused to keep their kids home from school or indoors to play where Nazi's would not be able to see them and kidnap them for the camps. If parents really wanted to blame someone for taking their children, they may have to blame themselves because they were the ones who let them free in the streets to be seen by the Nazi's.

Finally, Helmuth (the main character from my book) would be the best person to blame for the Holocaust being able to happen. It is very important to stand up for what you believe in, instead he cowered and did not share his feelings. He allowed others to bully him and take advantage of him. No matter how hard it may seem, Helmuth should have stood up to the Nazi's. If he did this and others did, too, there would be nobody for the Nazi's to control and Hitler would be powerless.
